Fish Lane is the lane everyone ends up on. Messina at one end, Lune around the corner, and for months a hoarding where Brooki was quietly being built behind it. The hoarding is down now.
Every Brooki until now has been a counter you queue at and leave. The original Valley store, the rest of them, all grab and go. The Fish Lane one is the first you actually sit down in, and that is the reason to go.
It is the biggest Brooki to date and it shows in the room. The fit-out is the point: warm, generous, built to linger in rather than file through. Brooke Bellamy called it a little more boujee, a little more Brooki, and for once the line matches the space.
The open kitchen runs like theatre. You watch the dough weighed out, laid on trays and pulled hot from the oven from where you sit, which is a different thing to grabbing a box at a register. There is a new drinks menu too, the birthday cake matcha, a cookie dough iced latte, a Belgian hot chocolate.
On the food, plainly: the cookies are the same Brooki cookies, good and very sweet, and your feelings on them will not change here. The room is the upgrade, not the recipe. Come for the space and the sit-down, order what you like, and treat the rest as a bonus.
Brooki Bakehouse, Fish Lane
The first sit-down Brooki, with an open kitchen you watch.

What to get. The room first, so sit down rather than grab and go, that is the whole point of this one. A drink off the new menu, the birthday cake matcha, a cookie dough iced latte or the Belgian hot chocolate. The Dubai brownie if you want the pistachio one, the loud one on the menu. The Queensland Cookie if you want something you can only get here.
Going. Open 10am to 10pm, seven days. Quietest mid-afternoon on a weekday if you want a table without the rush.
A note on the pick.
Checked on the ground in June 2026, the week it opened. Hours on a new store move around in the first month, so treat the times as a guide and check before you head in.
Found a new opening we should see?
